Is there a charge to discuss my case?

No, there is no charge for preliminary discussions about your case.

There is no charge for the initial case discussion because McClanahan • Myers • Espey represents its clients most often through a contingent-fee arrangement. The firm receives no fee under a contingent-fee arrangement unless it first recovers something of value for the client.  And at the time of the initial case discussion, the firm has not yet earned anything of value.

The specific terms under which our firm is paid are stated in the fee contract with the client, which can be tailored to meet the client’s needs.
