ClearCorrect resolves litigation with Align Technology, Inc.
ClearCorrect Operating, LLC and Align Technology, Inc. have announced a final resolution of their long-standing disputes. Litigation between the companies spanned ten years and involved three civil actions in the United States, one in Europe, two administrative actions and two appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
